Rates apply to a maximum of 8 guests. Additional nightly surcharge of $35.00 per person plus tax will applied up to a maximum of 10 guests.

A maximum of 10 guests are allowed on the property at any time.

One time cleaning fee of $175.00 + tax will apply.

Summer months (May16 – Sept 25) we generally only take weekly reservations. Please enquire for availability of your dates.

50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We take that information over the phone.

No smoking or pets please.

During the Summer Season, the heated pool is maintained at 86 degrees F.

We provide all linens, towels, soaps, paper products, and spices.

Cancellation Policy: At all times of the year except for during Summer Season, your deposit will be refunded less 10% if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date. For weekly stays, during the Summer Season your depoisit less 10% will be returned if cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival date. After 60 days your deposit will be forfeited.
